Thanks for your interest in participating in our church's Easter festival! Below are all the event details you'll need to know to both prepare and have a great experience with your family. ******** Schedule ******** 9:30am - Doors open. 10am - Easter worship service in the sanctuary. Kids programming 0 - 12 (pre register your kids here for an easy child check-in. ( https://columbiaview.churchcenter.com/people/forms/33687 )) 11:30am - gather on the back field immediately following the worship gathering. Enjoy bounce houses, bubbles, lawn games, and popcorn for parents. 11:50am - kids egg hunt instructions (kids will be divided by age into 3 areas.) 12pm - Ready, set, go!!! 12:20pm - Special golden egg prize giveaways. 12:30 - wrap up. ********** Age groups ********** To ensure both little kids (ages 1-3) Mids (4-6) and Bigs (ages 7-12) have a good experience, our staff will create three egg hunt areas for each of these age groups to search. ************* What to bring ************* * A basket / bag of some sorts. * Shoes that you are ok getting a little wet / muddy. * Your A game. ****************** Parent involvement ****************** Parents are welcome to search with their kids and help "referee" to make sure all kids are getting some eggs in their baskets. ******* Helpers ******* It takes around 20-30 adults to help put this event on! If you're interested in being a helper (ie. hiding eggs, running bounce house, serving popcorn, etc.) please select "Helper" in your registration . *************** Prize giveaways *************** Each age group will have 3 golden eggs to find. Kids who find a golden egg will be able to turn them in at the end of the egg hunt for a special prize. ********* Bathrooms ********* Our church has two sets of bathrooms, one to the left of the lobby as you enter the building, and the other at the rear of the building. *************************** How "big" is this egg hunt? *************************** Last year we had over 40 kids participate, so plan for somewhere between 40 - 50 for this year. ************************* What happens if it rains? ************************* This is Portland in the spring, so in the likely event of rain, we will simply move our egg hunt "indoors."

This Bible study is a welcoming space for women ages 50 and up to gather around God’s Word, grow in faith, and build meaningful friendships. Together, we’ll belong by sharing life, stories, prayer, and encouragement in a safe and caring community. No matter where you are in your faith journey, you are welcome here. We’ll believe by opening the Bible together—learning, asking questions, and seeking to understand who God is and how His Word speaks to our lives today. And as we walk with Jesus and with one another, we’ll become more like Him—growing in wisdom, hope, and a faith that continues to shape every season of life. Come as you are. This group is designed as a child-free space so women can focus on conversation and connection. Bring your Bible, your questions, and your story. We’re excited to grow together.
